TO : ALL VMOBILE MEMBERS, VMOBILE NETWORK LEADERS, VMOBILE AUTHORIZED IBC OPERATORS, VMOBILE PERSONNEL AND ALL OTHERS CONCERNEDSUBJECT : POLICIES AND GUIDELINES ON THE SYSTEMATIC ENROLLMENT AND ACTIVATION OF CURRENT/EXISTING myLX TECHNOPRENEURS TO THE NEW myLIFE PRO PROGRAM
I. RATIONALE & OBJECTIVES
In line with the implementation of the latest empowerment program – myLIFE PRO, VMobile aims to support the attainment of the new empowerment mindset of ‘incentivized living’ by providing myLX subscribers the opportunity to enroll their account and leverage from the financial benefits of the latest program.
In accordance with the approval of the Board of Directors of VMobile, all current and existing myLX subscribers are given an option to ENROLL ONE ACCOUNT FOR FREE under myLIFE PRO. As such, this circular shall enumerate the standard policies, procedures and guidelines in processing requests for ENROLLMENT and ACTIVATION of an account from myLX to myLIFE PRO Program.
II. IMPLEMENTATION POLICIES & GUIDELINES
The following policies and guidelines are incorporated to serve as the standard manual guide for processing requests for Enrollment and Activation of a member’s myLX account to myLIFE PRO.
MyLIFE Pro Free Enrollment privilege is exclusive to existing myLX members only.
Enrollment period shall start on January 3, 2013 and ends on January 15, 2013. No extensions will be given after the end of the enrollment period.
A Member can only enroll ONE account to myLIFE PRO program for free.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. MIGRATION PROCEDURES
A Member who wish to avail of the free enrolment but does not want to be placed under his existing myLX sponsor should negotiate first with his sponsor for possible transfer to other leader. This migration procedure is only applicable to myLIFE PRO.
i. If current sponsor does not approve, the member has no choice but to either retain his current sponsor status or wait for the free enrolment period to end. After which the member has the option to purchase a new myLIFE PRO Subscription Kit. Consequently, purchasing a new kit does not warrant approval to ‘migrate’ his existing sales network.
ii. If current sponsor agrees, a formal letter jointly signed by the existing sponsor and the member must be submitted to VMobile Network Affairs Department. A report summary of migration requests will be forwarded to the Office of the COO/CTO and will be reviewed by MANCOM for approval.
iii. If current sponsor is already deactivated, and that no other active member remains at the top of the member’s network ancestry, the member is deemed as “orphan”. The “orphaned member” may formally write a letter to VMobile Network Affairs Department for possible transfer to a new leader. A report summary of migration requests will be forwarded to the Office of the COO/CTO and will be reviewed by MANCOM for approval.
B. ORPHANED ACCOUNTS
Accounts that are deemed as “orphans” after the Free Enrolment Period shall be automatically tagged under an account specifically created by the company for this purpose.
C. REQUEST FOR EXTENSIONS
Members who failed to migrate on time due to unavoidable reasons may submit their Letter of Reconsideration stating the reason why the member failed to comply with the standard process during the prescribed period and subsequently request for the processing of the enrolment of the account with no extra fee. All Letters for Reconsideration should be coursed thru VMobile Network Affairs Department and will be subject to review and approval by the Office of the COO/CTO and MANCOM. However, such procedure does not ensure mandatory approval of request.
5. FREE ENROLLMENT OF ACCOUNT
Existing myLX members must enrol manually thru www.mylx.biz and follow the following process. As follows:
1. Log-in your ID number you wish to migrate to mylx.biz.
2. Upon successful log-in, click on the myLIFE PRO enrollment menu.
3. Once you are redirected to the new page, click “Continue” button to proceed with the
4. The system will automatically capture your UID, Sponsor ID and Fullname from myLX.
5. Fill in all the fields with accurate and truthful information.
Enter your valid email address as your PIK/Password will be sent thru your email.
6. Confirmation email will be sent to you shortly prompt will appear.
7. Access your email address and search for the email from email@example.com
subject: “Registration Confirmation”.
8. Click the link provided in the email to activate your account.
9. Click “HOME” button and log-in your ID# and PIK code.
12. Your account is now fully migrated and active under myLIFE PRO program.
13. End of myLIFE PRO Enrolment Process.
6. ACTIVATION OF ACCOUNT
After enrolment of the account to myLIFE PRO, member has to ACTIVATE the account in order for that member to start earning under the program. To activate the account, member must sign up and register at least one direct referral in the myLIFE PRO empowerment program.
Members that availed of free activation will not earn from other accounts under their sales organization that was likewise activated for free. myLIFE PRO earnings will be based from new sign ups and registration of myLIFE PRO subscriptions within their sales organization. Moreover, the “free enrolled accounts” under their network will not be counted in their qualification for the Education, Travel, and Car Incentives, as only new subscription sales are counted as valid qualifier for the incentive.
7. REGULATIONS AND PENALTIES
A. Changing the account name registered in our database is strictly prohibited. Any proven violation is subject for account deactivation.
B. If a leader migrates a downline without prior knowledge and permission from the TP, the leader’s account will be subject for deactivation.
